We had the pleasure of working with Ken to purchase a vacation home. He clearly understood our needs and actually helped us determine what those needs were. He was available to show us many homes, offered helpful opinions, and since he has lived here, was an outstanding resource to help us find insurance and other services we were looking for. Ken's background makes him a wealth of knowledge. Ken is a really kind person and we are so pleased with the work he and Deb did for us. We feel very fortunate to have met real estate agents who are so dedicated to pleasing their clients.

- I was not seeking a Realtor at the time but knew that is what Kens passion was. When we began the process of looking for a home we contacted him and Debbie. At our first appointment they actually LISTENED to what we were saying about our budget concerns, where we wanted to live and the type of house we wanted. We were shown three (3) places and picked the third one. It is a "home run" if you will pardon the pun. They both thought it was a fair offer and immediately, on the spot, phoned the realtor for the selling party and made the offer. Deb and Ken are extremely professional and treated us both correctly by not throwing big "realtor words" at us but explained everything in a concise manner in plain English. This Army Veteran would recommend Ken and Deb Hanson to all Veterans and anyone else who wants that same treatment and service. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. J & J S.

 I have known Ken Hanson for quite a few years. I met Ken when I was working with him and he was my manager. He was a very understanding person, always listened and offered very good advice. He and I got to be close freinds and I soon felt like he was more like family to me. He is interested in helping people and I think he genuinely likes helping people any way he can. I'm sure if I was looking for someone to help me purchase a house, he would be the one I would choose.

   I recently purchased a home here in Bradenton Florida. It was a quick decision after a tragic event. I was living out of state in Mississippi. So my realtor had to be special. She had a big job of finding my retirement home in two weeks. My budget was not large, so that also put a limit on the available properties. Your and my beautiful, funny and kind realtor is Deb Hanson. She pulled the rabbit out of the hat. The process on my end was nothing short of amazing.  She got everything in motion so smoothly, all of my sale was having to be done long distance.
